I just finished reading the book "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in understanding the concrete steps they can make to increase their own happiness as well as those around them. There are also companion websites where you can interact with others reading the book or those who are developing their own "Happiness Project".
