Only read this for a laugh/curiosity. There are some good points in here but a lot of dangerous ones eg all diseases are caused by stress, people affected by mass tragedies were all on a negative wavelength, healing yourself from cancer through thought alone etc. This book emphasises positive thinking but dismisses critical thought. Interesting to see that this book is the first the author wrote.

Bri Lee is a good writer but this entire book was unfocused, at parts naive, and from a position of significant privilege with not much recognition of this. One of the suggestions she mentioned in the book ‘is it about how there are different types of smart’ would actually be a better idea for a book, than this series of essays.
