Everyone has their own liking for tropes this is personally not my cup of tea. However story wise it was interesting enough to keep me reading but after awhile I was just trying to get through it I don't like to leave books unfinished but I couldn't do it.
Aside from my taste in romance tropes I do think the scenes are well written
