for a book so heavily concerned with revision, it sure could use some trimming

it’s great but um does it get easier

useful for big picture stuff.. a little dry but not hard to read

style-guide-iness is practical but once again makes for dry reading

fascinating, important, helpful topics, utterly leaden, redundant writing

good stuff but so damn dry
