Katherine is starting An Introduction to Tai Chi: A gentle exercise program for mental and physical well-being
This book is really perfect for my needs as a clinician (occupational therapist) in a rehab hosptial. I got the ebook and printed the pages for a binder that I can take to a patient's room. There are lots of photos we can reference together to do these wonderful simple short forms that are much more accessible than traditional tai chi. I am so grateful for this program.

Katherine is finished with The Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi: 12 Weeks to a Healthy Body, Strong Heart, and Sharp Mind (Harvard Health Publications)
This is a good book and I am so grateful to the author for his work in this area that is already helping me to help my patients ( I am an occupational therapist in a rehab hospital). I make more use in a clinical setting of the "An introduction to Tai Chi" book which was published 5 years later. The other book has more photos and I can flip around quickly when I am with a patient more easily.

So happy to read works by this German Jewish born monk who spent his life studying Buddhist teaching and translating into English and German and offering insight with his unique western perspective. I am so inspired by this person.
