Still a really interesting book

So far I really like it. North Korea fascinates me so it is cool to hear about a real account of living there.

This is much better this time around. I remember not liking this too much the first time I read it 5 years ago.

I remembered so little of this book and basically nothing of the movie so this has been like a brand new read for me. Definitely my least favorite of the original trilogy but still really good.

I will finish the series before May probably. I have been reading a lot less these days. Ever since SOTR. I think I just cannot escape the Hunger Games and want to resavor every moment.

Somehow even better than I remember!!! This is my first reread of this book since 2008 so I am loving seeing all the details I forgot about.

It is better than the Women. I like it but not very uplifting.

So far it is better than The Women though I am starting to think I don't like this author. I only liked 1/3 books so far. This one is alright but not amazing either. Eh. Ill continue.

The character of Frankie is hella annoying. I decided to finish this book. It is just one tragedy after another and nothing redeeming in this book.

I still find much of this repetitive and the character of Frankie to be kind of annoying. I am trying to push through so I do not have to DNF this but I can barely stand more than 15 minutes of this at a time. Not horrible book but not very attention grabbing either.

Very repetitive. Not much character depth. Just keeps talking about her being in blood and dealing with severed limbs over and over and over. Not very much to hold my interest here. Might DNF.

Very slow moving so far. Not sure I want to commit to finishing. Let's see how I feel at 30%. Nightingale by the same author roped me in much quicker.

This book is good but if you come from a background of dealing with family member's mental illness, proceed with caution. It can be very triggering. It has taken me a long time to read this because I have to keep stopping. I love it so far though. I was in a slump after Sunrise on the Reaping not wanting to let it go. I have not finished a book since last Wednesday.

The final quarter of this book. I don't want it to end!!!

Coming from a Freida binge with all the twists and fast paced stories, it feels slow moving. I don't dislike it but the estimated time is still 5.5 hours when I am nearly halfway through the book. I think I am going to continue but this is not an easy leisurely read.

It has an interesting premise. I think I will continue for a little while. Not sure the premise will hold up for the sheer length of this book. We will see.

So far nearly identical to Suicide Med and that was not even a good book sooooo if not for the needing to complete Freida's library I would not be reading this.

Hold on. Her name is Tegan as in rhymes with Megan?!?! Ima keep calling her TEEGan because that is just absurd.

Kinda like a drawn out episode of Grey's Anatomy so far. Not terrible. Still prefer her thrillers though.

What the hell am I reading? Continuing because it is so bizarre. Reads like a SciFi novel.

So far it isn't bad though it is outside my realm of interest. I prefer her thrillers but I will continue this one.
