The whole setup is kinda dumb. So this "witch exam" is top secret and the MC's mother wasn't allowed to tell her about it... but then again every witch is given a book that has a whole chapter dedicated to the exam?! Yeah, right... makes sense 😅

I don't really enjoy this. How can a book about someone who will die in a week and tries to solve their murder case be so boring? Also, Jet is such an asshole.. (and it's not the attack that made her one)

Ich hatte ehrlicherweise ein "anspruchsvolleres" Buch erwartet. So arrogant das jetzt vielleicht auch klingt, wenn man "vom Fach" ist oder sich schon auf andere Weise mit dem Cum/Ex-Skandal beschäftigt hat, dann bietet das Buch leider nicht ganz so viel Mehrwert.

Ich bin eine große Bewundererin von Anne Brorhilker. Wenn ich überhaupt noch so was wie ein Vorbild habe, dann ist sie es. Checke nicht, wieso nicht alle meine Kolleg*innen dieses Buch lesen. (Wobei manche noch nicht mal den Cum/Ex-Skandal kennen, was wirklich erschreckend ist.)
