Alysa is 40% done with How to Change Your Mind: What the New Science of Psychedelics Teaches Us About Consciousness, Dying, Addiction, Depression, and Transcendence

I’m not going to finish reading this book. It feels like a chore reading through the histories of the various personalities that studied psychedelics and I’m not getting enough out of it to make it worth my time.
