I quit reading when I realized that the author had no idea that the "limits to growth" were physical ecological limits reached by exponential growth. (As discussed in "Limits to Growth", the famous work by D. Meadows, et. al.) The author thinks that they are marketing issues, literally saturated consumer markets. Since he did not address the problem implied by the book title, I was intensely disappointed.
