I was actually excited for this one because it was characters I liked from the first. BUT IT'S WORSE HOW DID THIS HAPPEN

i am having SO much fun with this. i haven't checked reviews for this but i can sense all the polarising opinions with this one lmaooo.

Im enjoying this but I swear sometimes I forget this is supposed to be set in 1980s. I feel like some lines are too modern to have been said back then. 😅

I was just about to DNF and then the book finally got to a POV of someone I cared about and now it's actually getting good LMAO.

Don't get me wrong - I'm enjoying this so far but why is the synopsis and the actual contents of this book completely different? The plot that is happening in this book was not the one described? Unless we haven't reached that part of the plot yet but to be almost at 40% of a book and not seeing a semblance of the plot you're expecting is just odd.

This is my 4th attempt at reading this. Part of me is screaming to dnf but the plot summary got my attention too well.

Olivia stand up girl don't go fawning over a boy you were pissed off at 😭😭 (pls did they really need to immediately have them both go on about how attractive the other is - at least let the anger simmer first)
