'A Diamond Guitar': 3/5. A tale about the naivete of old men and the cunning nature of youth. Capote's writing here is ever so beautiful.

Reading this almost back to back with Shinji Moon's book, this pales enormously in comparison. I realise they're not the same thing: While Shinji Moon's work is beautiful, inspiring, and the word form of magic, this is just those random thoughts I scribble on tickets and then stick in my junk journal ...

I feel like I'm reading a tragic love story between Scorpius and Albus filling our Drarry angst. Harry has more interaction with Draco than with Ron. Ron is film!Ron and I have a bone to pick. Hermione and Harry are ultimate bffs and somehow that's all wrong. And pls don't get me started on the time-travel plot holes. The characters we know don't really feel like the characters we know...

So far: Albus Severus is a Slytherin (FUCK YES), Scorpius is a total sweetheart and Albus's mate. Draco is a widower at 40 years, Scorpius just lost his mum, and Harry is a fucking oblivious dad.

2/5 for 'House of Flowers'. It's pretty much like a fairytale.

There was a passage and situation at the beginning I wasn't quite a fan off, but after that it has shaped up pretty well. Lochan is so real, Maya has become so vibrant and sue me, I feel like this as an AU Maximoff twins fic. And I love it.
