I gave up on this book, something I rarely ever do, but I happen to love Cassandra Clare's other books and Magnus Bane is one of my favorite characters. So once I started on this book, and discovered the way Magnus's character is portrayed, I chose to stop reading it. In my opinion, Cassandra Clare never should have had help with these short stories. The book was very disappointing for me.
