This author needs to use the word viscous a whole lot less. And her editor needs to tell her to stop repeating things over and over and over and over and over again. Even the people who are reading the audiobook you can tell or annoyed.

DNF. I’m done - read the bad reviews. I agree with them all.

I can’t finish this book.

I don’t know if I’m going to be able to handle this book. I know I’m not very far in, but it feels like it’s going to take forever and it just feels so sorrowful. I my heart breaks for the character and I’m not sure I can handle more of that feeling. Some version of hope better emerge soon or I am going to have to stop reading.

I like the characters but this plot is going nowhere

I can’t stop crying in this book! I don’t think I’ve cried this much because of a book in a long time. But Iris is a character. You just can’t help but feel for.

I just can’t get into this book. I keep trying, but it’s just boring to me. I think I’m going to stop where I’m at and pick up one that is more interesting to me.

I’m sorry, but this is the most despicable main character I think I have ever read. I keep waiting for her to come around and have some character improvement, but now I’m 92% of the way through the book and I cannot see any way for this character to be redeemed.

I am 10% through and still haven’t returned to any character. I hate books where each chapter is a different person’s part of the story. Then you can’t connect with the characters enough to invest in reading the rest of the book. I hope it gets better soon or this is going to be the second unfinished book for me in a week.

What in the world is this author’s obsession with rape? Seriously? My goodness... I can’t do more of this.

All they do is travel!! Please make something happen!
