DNF.
Is it too much to ask for dark romance books to be at least somewhat good, or even meh? I had to check to make sure this wasn’t fantasy because it was so absurdly awful. The cringe dialogue made it even worse NO ONE talks like that!

Boy, this book was heavy. I might need a break after reading this. So much happens, So many “Changes”. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy that this book was just one punch in the face after another with barely a break in between. But the build up to Harry’s fate has been laid out for awhile.

I didn’t enjoy the first book at all BUT
I am supporting this author because ppl are attacking her for her views on current events and 1 starring the book. I have read several Stephen King books that I bother me because I can’t stand politics but I still buy his new books when they come out.

I’m enjoying this for the most part but unfortunately it’s really dragging and getting repetitive 🫤
It’s like SM decided to give us a series history lesson in the middle of one of the most important books in recent years 🙃

Interesting story and characters.

This was not one of my favs now or back when I first read it. The main characters obsession with breeding grated.
But it’s was still enjoyable enough and important in tying all of the books stories together

DNF @ 30% I'm setting this aside.... it's not holding my attention and I'm no longer invested in the characters

This my first time reading this Anita book as I dropped the series a few years back. I gotta say I’ve forgotten how kick-azz Anita is and how much I dislike Richard.... he’s such a buzz kill 😴💤💤

Starting this hoping DD doesn't have Raven going in emotional circles again. I'm getting sick of that trope
