I don't think I've ever been this hyped for a battle in a fiction book I've never read before. Austerlitz is in about an hour, book time. SO HYPED

Alright after a few months off to catch up on various book club books I'm finally back to reading this

I don't think I've ever hated a character so quickly. Honestly I'm not sure I have the wherewithal to read this right now.

Every character in this book is SO. FRUSTRATING.

So far the writing style is exhausting

I'm not sure what's going on in this book but I think I like it

I love book clubs because there's nothing I like more than loudly declaring my opinion about the book I just read. But I only have time to read 52 books a year and I'm in 3 monthly book clubs. That means about 36 of my 52 books each year are chosen for me. I never have time to read any of my own books!
