I’m not quite sure how I feel about this so far! It’s definitely bringing those awkward, teenage years back into focus (do I really want to relive that? 😆) and to realize that this is supposed to be a thirty year old woman is just making me cringe slightly. Seems a bit juvenile. But I’m still going to keep reading and hope that Averick works some hella magic with Phoebe’s character development.
