This book was 80% filler and 20% actual plot. Tough to get through so I had to pull out the audiobook (hated each characters voice) to get over with it. The twist was alright but only because I have seen it done already one other time. As others say, the writing style was definitely a (stylistic) choice and it certainly didn’t help the book.
