This book is incredibly thought-provoking and is introducing me to new artists. I'm glad I've finally picked it up again.

I love this book. My only complaint is that it's not in colour. If it was in colour it would be perfect.

So far, this book is solidly okay. Keith Giffen's pencils and Wally Wood's inks sometimes border on groundbreaking but in general neither the story nor the art are anything really special.

Haven't picked this book up in a while. Should probably get back to it; I remember really enjoying it.

The deeper I get into this book, the more confused I get and the more notes I need to make to understand it. I think this is going to be a book I go back to a few times before I die.

On this, my fourth read-through of V for Vendetta, I'm really appreciating David Lloyd's work with the art more than I have before. Maybe it's because I've learned to read comics differently, but the art here (including the colours by Lloyd & Siobhan Dodds) really brings the words to life.

I've never read a Walter Mosley book I didn't like. So far, this is no exception. I love how his crime writing style works with this near-future SF world.

I find it incredibly appropriate that I need to remind myself, repeatedly, to slow down while I'm reading this and not just rush through it.

I stopped reading this just under ten months ago. I picked it back up off the shelf yesterday, in an effort to learn what I can from it and to declutter my virtual shelf. It's interesting just how much I remembered, but more interesting how much I didn't notice before. Reading other books has unlocked parts of this one that were previously unseen.

This was my first Douglas Coupland book. This was the first book that I read that I wanted to steal everything from and write stories like this. When I was 16. Now that I'm re-reading this two decades on from that version of me, I feel like I am starting to understand why older people — people as old as I am now — said I was "too young to be so cynical."

My previous review of this book was 2 stars. Based on what I've read and absorbed in the past two weeks, I will not be giving that same review. The thoughts outlined in this book will be very hard for me to internalize. But I'm going to try.
