every chapter is a different cliffhanger, but at the same time another piece to a very intricate puzzle. every time i get a new piece of information that is a potential answer to a mystery, it creates like 12 new possibilities in my mind. it’s like i have the piece of information one character is missing, but there’s still so much i’m not aware of it doesn’t even compare to the new info revealed by the next

A lot of pieces to put together, but things quickly start to make sense.

This book is amazing. Just started and already more than half done.

the switch up was expected, but not to the degree that it happened… crazy read so far

there’s four stories, the first one so far is really good.

Having read other books that managed to keep me on the edge of my seat while switching between the past and the present, this one really felt like it was dragging. When it finally started to get interesting, it was only in the present, and i wasn’t looking forward to reading the chapters that took place in the past. Now though 27% into the book, things are starting to pick up in both time frames.

when i finish reading about the present, i’m tempted to skip over the chapter about the past, but i don’t. then when i finish the chapter about the past, im tempted to skip over the next chapter about the present. this book is keeping me on my toes.

It switches between the past and present; I love books written that way. Just as my suspense subsides on one timeline, it’s building on another. Really good so far.

lost motivation to finish, but found it just from picking back up a couple pages… sucked me back in and have a nervous feeling in my stomach all the time reading this book. full of suspense

i was going to remove this book from my current reads, but instead i gave it a chance and don’t regret it. jt gets really good and has plot twists.

i’m intrigued so far, i like the perspective of the narrator that the book is written in
