Interesting approach so far.

So far I am loving this alternative view of the classic Huckleberry Finn. The intelligence, the humor, the diction of language and its role in Jim's life.

Looking forward to the rest of their adventure.

Hopefully, I did not spam too many timelines. I added a bunch of books to a Pulitzer Winners for Fiction list.

Just bought the book and audiobook for this one. I have seen some polarizing reviews for this story. Some seem to absolutely hate the science-fiction portion, but give praise to the author's other works. I will have to check out her Station 11 and other writings after I make my way through this novel.

I just had to throw in another Claire Keegan this year. Fell in love with her stories and poignant writing style.

I am using August to read a series of books on cancer for a readathon hosted by American Cancer Society.

There were a couple books I saw from Kate Bowler, which included this one. I started tonight instead of waiting, because I have 6 books for it already.

So far, I have learned Kate was a professor at Duke, a Christian, and was diagnosed with cancer. The big questions come up and I believe is the book's point.
