I really enjoyed this book as it helped me understand some things that have been affecting my life since I can remember. Of course it will not apply to everyone and there will be some who won't enjoy such topics. But if you have ever constantly wondered whether you are good enough to deserve something, specially happiness, you might want to give this book a try.
