This is a very good book but it is STRESSING ME TF OUT

This book has cha cha real smoothed its way to being my new favorite Ali Hazelwood.

I knew this was going to be my favorite.

So I've never used the "general update" feature, but I am in a mood to create a TBR for fall & want to try something!

What book would you recommend that has fall vibes? Any genre, including nonfiction. And whatever that vibe means to you, whether it's horror, set in the season, about a spooky topic, dark academia,...whatever!

Unexpectedly beautiful writing? Buildings as characters? A town where everything & everyone is just a bit strange but also very delightful?

I missed the monthly book club meeting for this book but I must still read bc I am who I am 🫡💖
Plus, books with any sort of travel is a balm to my soul right now. Especially when it involves the “fuck off to another country to restart & solve all my problems” trope, which sounds like a dream.
