After taking a break for several months, I think it's time to call it. I'm starting over with the audiobook.

I'm on chapter 13 and I can already tell that this is going to be the best entry yet. There is just so much going on right now.

I'm starting to really enjoy this. The tedious notifications and item descriptions have finally slowed down and I'm starting to get attached to the characters. Thumbs up.

It still hasn't got its hooks in me yet. The excellent narration is keeping me interested but I feel like I'm listening in on someone's generic D&D campaign so far.

I love when I re-visit a book that I haven't read in years (decades!) and it's every bit as good as I remember.

Meh. Hope it starts to turn around soon.

I like it. A lot. Buuut... I feel like it could be shorter.

I've heard that the middle drags a bit... idk if I'd say that it's dragging but the place has certainly slowed down.

I'm tired as heck but I can't put it down. While it's definitely got King's flair, it feels very lean. Loving it.

Really enjoying this so far. I expected some more whimsical but it's a fun sci-fi story with some pretty serious philosophy. Ray Porter's narration is, of course, fantastic.

The book pretty much opens with some dude doing silly little experiments and spouting off math formulas... and somehow, I'm enjoying the heck out of it. 🤷

Not sure what I think so far. Feels like I'm still reading the introduction.
