I'm loving this book more and more. I wouldn't normally go for the Audiobook first but I'm so glad I did with this book. It's like sitting down with Michelle over a glass of wine and listening to her telling me about her and her family. Am trying to choose my next Audiobook and am torn between my usual genre or another memoir/biography.

Most of the stories within the book are really good. Others have fantastic plots but the writing does not do the plots justice. One in particular is fantastic the entire way through until the very last page where it's like the author ran out of energy and sloppily wrote the ending. Another was clearly written by a man as the protagonist is female but very cliched!!

I'm only halfway through this book but as good as the first two books are, this one is even better!!

Excellent book for any Project Management Professional.

This was my second book of 2021 and I enjoyed it very much. Too much in fact - I couldn't put it down!

Heavy going. Am taking my time reading this. Plus I'm checking out some of references noted in the book. Not material for the light hearted but important to acknowledge this part of our recent past.

I love this book. It is a fascinating mix of history, geography, sociology and anthropology. It is the type of book that you can dip in and out of. I have it in my sitting room and I'm not the only one reading it. Even visiting family pick it up and look through it.
