What most intrigued me was the scene when Logan met his twin brother.

also a refurbished edition of a well-loved story, so I am re-reading it looking out for the changes,if I can spot them.

a revamped edition of the book, I am re-reading now after buying its first version a couple years back. I love the intensity of the characters and the thorough research A.M. Arthur ( always) does for her stories. Since my mid-term memory is not much better than Tristan's short term memory I haven't found the differences to the first edition yet.

brilliant idea: write on what happens after the honeymoon wears off. The "normal" everyday troubles of working parents and strain on couples caused by their hectic schedules. I already love this series, but this idea takes the story to a new level. Good to know these (ficticious, but seeming so real) celebrities have to face the same challenges we all do.

the story starts off with our two main characters having a rather embarrassing first contact which leaves Parrish Partridge, nephew to CEO Beau Partridge of a huge barbeque firm by the same name we all got to know in the first book. Then we reconnect with a peculiar scene at the end of said first book where Parrish knocks over the very same man he had left so unsatisfactorily on their first meeting.

quirky, paranormal isn't usually my cup of tea, or in this case , more appropriately glass of Merlot, but this story is well-told so far. I can feel the New Orleans spirit. No, not the Honey-Dust licking ghost.
