Love the characters so far! Love that the humour that is found in the Riyria series can be found in this series to.

A slow day... This would have been so much better without the swearing. So sad!

Is it just me are are Goodreads Recommendations rather... bad? I mean I say I have read this and it shows a lot of things that I would NEVER read...

It is amazing - I have been here for ages and yet I am still trying to remember and add all the books that I have read. I feel as though I will never remember them all!

So... is anything happening?

I am frankly shocked and surprised by how many continuity mistakes there have been in this book.

The most obvious one being the Black Drinks side effects, in the first book it just makes people aggressive and quite suddenly in this book it now makes then speak the truth. Something I cant even put down as an added bit of info as in the first book a group of Talion soldiers were drinking it and lyiing!
