I’ve enjoyed this book immensely so far. I really enjoy the way the author crafts her sentences, I feel that they’re spectacular at times. One complaint I have is that the two main characters Nan and Hal, seem to be so immensely the characters they’re expected to be, that it seems unrealistic. Like they’re both painted in distinct colors and never change, they aren’t complex like humans should be.

I absolutely adore this book so far. The writing is beautiful and several times I’ve read a perfectly written sentence and had to stop to allow it to sink in, if my life were made up of sentences written by Aoibheann nothing would ever be wrong, and if it were it wouldn’t matter. Because I could distract myself with the perfect sentence that had described it.

Might not be such a great idea to start this now, since I have work early tomorrow, but oh well

First twenty pages had me bawling, it may have been his amazing story telling skills, or the fact that I might be a little....sensitive Awesome intro regardless! I love his voice, it's easy to follow and always entertaining. Can't wait to finish it!!
