Ok full disclosure- I’m not reading this book because I’m listening to it instead. What a way to start- the lion ate the mouse. Revenge is on the table so l we te see if Amy can get the job done…

Ok this book is the beginning of Pendergast but OMG 😧- this book is so freaking good! Parts 1 & 2 set up the scenario and the why of it all is yet to be revealed- I’m looking forward to seeing how Proctor comes to be involved with Pendergast as his butler. I’m looking forward to seeing how this mystery plays out and what surprises these gentlemen throw at us!

Im currently at Chapter 6 - this is definitely a very different book than any I have read in the Old Testament.

Great book and the whole gang is back in town for Christmas. Think this is an assisted suicide but will wait and see.

Ok part 3 is over and the novel comes down to this last part. I will state that I need to go back to the last book again because I feel that some pieces are missing from my memory.
I love that these books mirror what is happening in the world as it relates to now. Although he changes some things, the story feels like reading the world news

HOLY SHIT! The ending of part two is devastating. I never saw this coming but the effect it has on these two characters will make this book impossible to not read as fast as I can.

Ok part 1 is over and the first murder has occurred. What a twist Daniel threw into the story - the ramifications should be interesting 🧐! This book is like melted butter- it is delicious 😋
