The love for reading and the father daughter relationship make my heart ache a lá The Book Thief. Such an amazing book so far, sad for it to be almost over.

Just like, every flavor of trauma, wow. Brutal. The ambiguity of whose perspective each section/chapter is written from is really interesting - piecing together who is talking has kept me paying close attention. No skimming!

Reminds me a little of Donna Tartt’s books so far. Goldfinch and The Secret History.
