Not truly enjoying this book. It is called 'unforgettable, passionate, funny and moving'. I definitely have not found anything funny and so far has made me feel sad. It is about a Russian Jewish woman that experiences tragedy in her country and immigrates to the US. Living as a poor immigrant in the US is a different set of tragedies. Not sure if I want to finish it.

I really enjoyed this book. Marshall's style of writing fits perfectly with I think.....start a story, veer off onto another subject that is some what related, tell that story and then come on back to the main story line. What an interesting life lived with zeal. Although she had some down times Marshall is not apologetic nor whines about any of it. She owns up to who she is & continues to live life to it's fullest
