Definite vibes of Stephen King's It but so far I'm liking it.

I've really enjoyed reading about the gossip that surrounded these royal pairings and like that it is not all laid out as fact when there is no real proof.

Increasing fed up with this. Reading as fast as possible to just be done with it. The series better pick up after this.

I'm getting bored with this whole kidnapping thing. It's dull, repetitive and having just Kitty doing nothing but sleep and ask questions that are ignored is frustrating.

I am liking it but I feel it is quite slow going to get through it. I like the monsters and the MCs, the fairy tale references...but I doubt I'd go back and read it again when I finish.

Getting the grand tour of the park at the moment and the scenery sounds gorgeous!

Got started on this last night and everyone has just arrived at the park for the soft opening. I love the use of the robots!

Enjoying the supernatural element and the tension. Well written too.

Just getting into the story as they head closer to the mountain and fear of the yeti grows amongst the sherpas when the yaks are attacked.

I didn't think I'd like the robot and dystopian element to this but I've been surprised.

Finally I start reading it! I like the story but Storm's attitude to Lincoln is annoying me a bit. There is already a character I want to see get eaten...

The first half of this book is a rollercoaster ride of monsters and gory death! I loved that! Slowing to catch breath as the survivors regroup and rescue is being sent. If the second half is as good, I'll be rating this high...

Really enjoying this book-part story part instruction manual but all very tense, just as I like it!

OK the plan is being put into action. I kind of just want to get this book finished now but i nterruptions keep coming.

Finally we are getting to the real point of the book, planning for the big showdown.

Struggling a bit here-wish we could just have the big boss fight and finish.

Again I find the problem with this book-it has good ideas, good plot, great characters...but it is just a bit slow to get to the point of the book. We don't see Meg and Carl until page 86.

It's non stop drama and I'm really enjoying it. Gavyn is having a really bad day!

I could do without the Aegon and Quentyn stories but I'm still enjoying the book a lot.

This book has been less exciting than I hoped for with Kitty feeling sorry for herself, no radio show, bitchy calls to a rival show...even having more Ben in it isn't making it better. Just a bit dull at this stage so I hope it livens up.

Dany has uprisings in Meereen, Stannis is trying to win over wildlings by killing their leader, Jaime has chosen not to help Cersei, Jon struggles with leadership, Tyrion sets out to find his Queen and Bran finds what he is looking for. Excellent so far...

Decent enough story but it hope it doesn't go too heavy on the Senate hearings.
