Wild to me how trauma is talked about superfluously. Some of the terminology I keep hearing without him commenting on what is the weight of the word “abuse,” “neglect,” “rape” etc. No disclaimer although I suppose he would want the reader to assume it’s going to be heavy. I appreciate the veteran stories since I don’t know a lot about them. Can’t help but think about the war rn
