I don't think I can finish this. During the school year I have much less time to read, so a book that seems too long/confusing/boring just isnt't worth my time. Although there are haunting parts to this story, it's too long winded in writing style. I appreciate character development but I am 25% into this book and think it will be awhile before I know what's going on. I may return to it when I have more time.

I might come back to this. It's not holding my interest that well and 2 books came in from the library on reserve so I put it aside.

Reading for a class

So far this book is disturbing and there has been a dead puppy. I seriously have issues when a dog dies in a book. It's like a scary movie... I don't want to look but can't look away.

I am liking it so far..but I am glad I took the time to write down who the characters are and how they were connected. A few people suggested doing that. I normally would not bother but since this is for book club, I want to be able to make the connections.

I just grabbed this at the library, not realizing it was a zombie apocalypse book, lol. It is keeping my attention though, so I think Ill finish it.

I know this book got all kinds of buzz, but I am not that into it. It skips around a lot and while not hard to follow, some parts are just a bit dull. It's almost uncomfortably honest. I will definitely finish and maybe have a change of heart.
