I think the prevalent theme in this book is just trying to get through being a adult if you already messed it up so early in it. I think this is the theme cause it was first day after Camellia graduated she decided to go to a party and smoke weed and drink. Not a smart choice and now she is 29. She still remembers that day that changed her whole life!

The main characters personality is very sassy and lies a lot to people and from being sassy she gets herself in a lot of trouble with friends and family. That also happens when she lies it really teaches you a lesson not to lie so much because she has gotten in so much trouble from this. My text evidence is that she lied to her boyfriend that she was out with her friends but she was really out with another boy.

Two question's I have for the protagonist is if she is going to marry Josh and are they going to move to Africa together. The reason I want to know this question is because. I think this going to happen in the end of the book, but I'm predicting it now.

I predict in my book that the girl is going to marry this boy and move to Africa together. I predict this because in the book right now she is falling in love with him and they both really want to be a missionary in Africa.

I don't think I wouldn't change the title because I think that the title the calling is perfect, because the whole book is about Jesus calling her so I think it is just right.

My favorite part of my book is the part when Jesus is called on her in that night and tells her to be a missionary in South Carolina. Because I think it is so cool Jesus comes to her in the night in her dreams and just said I want you to do this, then explains it to her. In the morning she wakes up and she is just a whole new person and acts like nothing happened. Now she is living a whole different life.

In my book the author uses a lot of description I know this because I understand this book really well and he really can describe what they are feeling and what they are doing right now.

If I could change the book I would in the beginning introduction the character more and give background information about her and more detail. I think because right now I don't even know the characters name, and I don't know characteristics about her.

In my book my character is facing the problem of losing the pie contest. I can relate to this from losing my swim meets. Begin mad at myself saying that I could have done better. But I got over it and won my next meet. My main character got over it. But I sure she will win next year.

In my book the the main characters family is having a reunion. The cause of this is tradition because each year her family has one. Also a pie contest on who's pie is the best.The effect of tradition is happiness because in the book she was very excited for this day.

I think the another wrote this book teach people that if you really love someone they you would do anything for them. I think the author is teaching this because Gus loves hazel so much that he is giving up his wish for her and is taken her to Amsterdam.

Today in my book is they are at dinner that the author payed for it all and it is super nice and fancy. They are talking about how tommrw they are going to see the author and he is going to tell them what is happening next in the book and answering questions for them.

The character I pick from my book is Gus. Because he reminds me of my brother Collin. Because Gus is very nice and cares about everyone a lot and he plays a lot of video games and war books.Like my brother. On page 96 his friend Isaac and him were playing videos games in his basement, and when Isaac was mad Gus let him break his trophies because he cared about him.

The two books I can relate to is If I Stay. Because in both books the main characters are sick and they are both falling in love with boys.

a scene from my book is when hazel finds out she can go to Amsterdam. The scene was in her room she fond a email that was from the author. They were still thinking she was coming. But it turns out her mom emailed them in private an telling them that they can go and it is okay from the doctor. She was so excited.

i think If i could add a character to my book it would be a brother for hazel so she isn't a only child. I think there personality would be a very nice brother that really cares about hazel but can sometimes get in her way. I think it would change to book only a little because i would wan to know a little of what the brother thinks of Gus and if he likes him or not.

If the view of this book changed to his side it would talk about hazel a lot because right now it is her view on him so it would change it a lot.
