I just purchased MR. MERCEDES by STEPHEN KING. I did this because one of my facebook friends when ape crazy over FINDERS KEEPERS in one of his posts. I haven't read King in a bit, although I did read THE LONG WALK again recently (4th time), and because I missed him, the King of The Dark Tower series and the books written by Bachman, as much as a delicious, forbidden serving of rich dark chocolate.

So far, and I'm only 20% in, there is a lot of very interesting information about Charles Manson and the way his personal world progressed as well as the times he grew up in. There are so many things I did not know about this very sick man.

I am LOVING this book! It's unique, sensual, fun, mysterious, humorous, and shocking. I have already bought book 2, and I'm thrilled there is a book 3.

The first chapter captured me from page one. The second chapter set the hook firmly. It's all here: dimensional characters with one surprise after another, vivid visuals, and shocking situations balanced with delightful humor. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the author hits me with a sex scene that has me begging for more. This is one of those rare books that keeps whispering in your ear all day.

Middleton rocks the charts on humor with MIDDLE EIGHT, a delightful romp where a straight-laced woman, stalked by a deranged husband, meets her rock and roll prince charming and ends up on the cover of dicey tabloid for an act she never thought she was capable of. A fast paced, hard to put down, delightful read~~~Susan Stec, author of USA Today's bestselling book, Dead Girls Never Shut Up, and The Grateful Undead ser
