Spend a lot of time in Kettles head and we are never sure what's real and what's not, what's past and what's present

Its not often I need to keep a dictionary nearby but its been handy for this book. I feel like I'm missing a classical education. Funny, poignant, affectionate, portrait of another time and place and way of living.

Reading and listening. Audio book is meditative. Serene, quiet, hushed
