Enjoyed this subtle magical realism novel. Ashley can pull this genre off. I enjoyed Joni’s and Sasha’s story and how it intertwines with others. Author did a nice job incorporating dementia of a family member and the long goodbye. I loved that all the chapters were songs - most of which I enjoy.
