Tensions are ratcheting up with protesters & counter-protesters. Bear & Will are urging Harry to take action to clear 'em out before things go south, and he doesn't want to because folks are hurting and he'd rather not use force except as last resort.
So, why not employ Molly-style illusions of imminent danger (like a sudden pavement cave-in) to clear the area, followed by physical barricades with DANGER KEEP OUT?
