I'm not reading the famous single story but the 30-story collection in German by the same title (I know reading Philip K. Dick in German is sort of weird but finding something you really like makes it easier to take up the challenge of improving a second language). By the way, this is a great collection by a great writer, in whatever language.

I'm in Helsinki giving some lectures/presentations and need a good thriller for down time at the hotel. This is certainly that.

Re-reading for class. Welty's masterpiece and one of my favorite books.

I'm rereading this for my Southern literature class. I never cease to be amazed at the power of Douglass's writing.
