Really not feeling this. I may end up DNF-ing

One of the blurbs called this a "tense, nail-biting thriller." Where?

If this were about any other historical period, I simply would not finish it. The writing is kind of atrocious...what happened to Avi? But the Culper Ring have reared their familiar heads, so. I'll do it for them.

Why is this so poorly written

My library audiobook time ran out and I lost access! I have it on hold again. I have less than two hours left. :(

I've gotten a little bored with this and am having to force myself to go back to it

I've just started googling random phrases that seem like quote and they've all been Shakespeare so far

Rereading because I need to read the third book but forgot what happened in this one. Well it's coming back to me and it's crazy how good it is.

This might be too good for me to listen to on audio...I'm thinking

Not really feeling it so far
