The thing is, I'd like these characters to be in separate locations, because it's better that way! They're both better that way. And now they're not. :(

This is.... incredibly bad so far. I've loved Nancy Springer in the past so had to look this up, and yep, it's her first novel. Oh Nancy, you came so far. Idk if I can do this though. Also the page count is incorrect. It's actually like 170 something pages.

So far, it's excellent. I don't remember Wein's writing being this good in Code Name Verity?? It's strange that she seems to have abandoned this genre entirely in favor if WWII

Very good so far and also so very large! This one's gonna take me a while

Probably the most Alice Hoffman Alice Hoffman book I've read, due to it essentially being a short story collection. But I've embraced that and am having a nice time. There are some bangers in here and beautiful hyperbolic New England landscapes and a whole lot of age gaps.
