So far, it's excellent. I don't remember Wein's writing being this good in Code Name Verity?? It's strange that she seems to have abandoned this genre entirely in favor if WWII

Very good so far and also so very large! This one's gonna take me a while

Probably the most Alice Hoffman Alice Hoffman book I've read, due to it essentially being a short story collection. But I've embraced that and am having a nice time. There are some bangers in here and beautiful hyperbolic New England landscapes and a whole lot of age gaps.

I really don't know where this book is going but it's interesting and a surprisingly easy listen, considering its age

Book club is tomorrow but it's 1:24 am and I'm tapping out. I got close, and it did get interesting
