First I wouldn’t call these essays- more like meanderings. Second though there was some reasonable food for thought it was very repetitive and contradictory. Stay. Go. Stay. Go. Meh. I finally gave up. There are better things to do.

Unfortunately after reading this I felt discouraged and that the whole idea of finding even a way win some of the time is impossible. I’m not sure that was what was intended. But the bottom line I came to-nobody has any methods that will help. And yet I don’t believe that to be true. Other books have improved my wins. While I appreciate the sentiment I thought the entire book was a little pessimistic-

Audiobook review: to be honest just read it. The narration is really not good. The stops and starts and mispronunciation of words (like tithe was pronounced tith. Some good information, but I would recommend not l listening and reading instead.

The message explaining why stomach acid is good. But I felt it lacking in how to test for it or what to do about it was severely lacking. I am sure I can piece together on websites. But was hoping to have all in one place.

Helpful. Insightful. Practical- maybe not. Worth a read if you are trying to figure out how on earth we got here. But not practical in how to reframe our frames.
