Thomas is betrayed in a sort of wierd way. To make it short, he no longer has feelings for Teresa and no longer trust her. Groups A and B meet up and wait at where they were told, but there was only a sign. After minutes, pods come from the ground with a some type of grievers come up and try to kill the remaining survivors. Two die but in the end, a helicopter comes and picks them up. The book ends with a cliffhanger

Although I haven't finished this book, The Scorch Trials. A lot of things had happened to both Thomas and the group. Meeting new characters, and seeing the twist of what Teresa does. For this year, my favorite book would The Scorch Trial. Seeing that Teresa doing all these things to Thomas, I could see why Thomas wouldn't forgive Teresa after this was over. It seemed like Teresa could no longer be trusted.

I will be comparing The Scorch Trials to the book the Maze Runner. The characters are the exact same and just like the maze runner, their goal, is to survive. Anything is possible, a storm has already wiped out 6 or 7 kids. . Thomas also builds another "relationship" with another girl, Brenda. Both books involve action, death, and a little humor into is series of books.

"So Thomas, what do you think your real name is?" There was a pause, Thomas finally is able to pull himself to say a reply "Well, it better be a cool name." Without hesitation, I move onto the next question "Ok,, how come you don't ask the boys their names?" He quickly stands up and says "What do you mean, I know their names!" I quickly say "well then tell me the names of the boys." He left the moment I finished.

Thomas and the other graders had been recently told that barley anything can be trusted. A man in a full white suit gets into Thomas and the others minds and also the people of WICKED. It seems that they have more in store for the remaining teens from the maze. Most of their names I don't know for sure. The next day they have to wake up at least 5:30, and have to be ready to leave the prison. If they don't, they die.

Thomas has grown in an unimaginable way that many people wouldn't beleive. Being powered by fear itself, trying almost anything necessary to survive. Having to be hunted by greavers to being upgraded to being hunted by zombies. Finding another boy from a different maze makes matters interesting. Thomas and everyone else from the glade have labels on their backs. Thomas might die to a group girls from a different maze

The book that I have finished is The Maze Runner. The next book I will be reading will be the next book of this series, The Scorch Trials. The reason why I started to read this series is because many people talked very highly of the books. I started me interested and decided to buy the first two books. When I started reading the first book, I became hooked. It was so interesting even though in an non-existent place.

If I were to live yes, but in the scenario that Thomas, surprisingly Gally, Newt, Mihno, Alby, and a bunch more others are no longer safe from the doors. If I had the choice to be able to insert myself in the Maze, I would because I could fit into the crowd and be just another boy. I would contribute whenever I could and would try to keep myself and others alive. In this world, you can rally trust anyone.

The conflict of this story are the grievers. The grieves are some sort of half machine half monster creatures thats only purpose is to kill. The grievers are firce and roam during the night time in the maze. It is very difficult to avoid them if you happen to get stuck in the maze. The grieves were the main problem. If you saw a griever, it's either you live or its your time to die.

Thomas, Mihno, and Alby were stuck in the maze over night. A maze where some sort of creatures know as grievers kill anyone on sight. Ally was unconscious and that left Mihno and Thomas to watch each others backs for the shifting maze. To sum up the night, Thomas killed a grieved and they all survived. Thomas was put on I guess "Trial" for breaking the number one rule. Alba was also able to remember somethings.

If I were to choose a character I would choose Thomas. As the main character of the book, he is a mystery. No one in the book knows his real identity and why he is there. If I were to make an assumption about who he really is, I would say a boy trying his up most best to help everyone he can. He is also adventurous and brave. Thomas is a boy who wants answers, and soon, I think he will find them.

I'd imagine the author wanted to write this book to show what might happen if the world was at the brink of its end. The author (James Dashner) might have written this book to show what might happen to society later on. Teenage boys living by themselves trying to survive in a place called the Glades. I think that the author is trying to say there might be danger up the rode of humanity and it might not look good.

If I could relate to my character, I wouldn't think of it as pleasant, but it would still be cool. I do not relate with the main character John because of his life in general. Number four (what he is actually called, not in the book but is known the be called that) has relationship, is from another world, and is being hunted people. Number four has an interesting life, but has to be on the run everyday of his life.

Focusing on the fire that had happened as one of my favorite moments, John (not his real name) had been caught in a building of fire. Since both John and Henri couldn't sleep, they were looking through the paper. What Henri found was interesting. The title of the page is They Walk Among Us. Police had found that the men they had met were tortured and killed, or so the article says. It seems that the hunters are near.

I would interview Daniel. Although this isn't his real name, I would interview. And in fact, that would be my first question. If he were to give me a response, I think he would say "I am sorry, but I ca not answer that question." I would ask next what did you believe when you first came to earth. He might say that "I thought humans wouldn't be able to notice us, I was wrong. Humans not only notice us, you hunt us."

The narrated of this story is known as number four, he doesn't really have a name. But he is the one narrating the story, but in the first few pages, someone else was narrating about numbers 1, 2, 3. If I could change the narrator, it would be Morgan Freeman. Morgan Freeman is well known for narrating and could change the whole event. If he were narrating, I'd imagine there'd be more suspense before they all died.

It didn't really stand out too much but I liked when Daniel (using this name for now because the guy doesn't have a name, he uses other names to hide that he's not the same as other people) goes beserk trying to fight blind. He throws punches randomly and misses and ends up scraping his hand on barks of trees. The worst part of the book was the first few chapters and those were the boring part of the book.

If I were to put a small part of what has happened so far in this book, this is how I would put it. There were 9. 9 people that were not human, but spoke and talked like human. These 9 have powers like in movies or in comic books that humans dream to have. But these people are real. And something is trying to stop them. And their succeeding. There was 9 when it started, and now only 6. 1-3 were killed, now 4 is next.

If I could be a character in my book, I'd probably be Carter Kane. Carter Kane is one of the two main characters of this book, he has a sister named Saddie that is the other main character. Anyways, the reason why I would like to be Carter is because he has an adventures life, but the con of it is that humanity might cease to exist. But it would be fun trying to save the world from gods. It would be interesting.

Carter and Saddie Kane must find ways to rid of stress least their biggest threat, Apophis, the chaos snake. If they don't stop him in time, they might not be able to see a better tomorrow.

When I read this book, I would like to say I am always on the edge of my seat. But for me that's every book I read because I never know what's going to happen next. If I were to give this book a rating, I would rate it a 9 since the only thing is that the prospective that changes basically every chapter. I got confused at first but now I'm ok. I would recommend this to Alex but he probably already read it.

If I was the author and I wanted to make a change, I would make it a little less confusing. Chapters in this book are divided by the prospective of a character at that time. To me, this was a little bit confusing following what the story was telling me. So to make it easier on other people who are also having trouble reading a story like this.

In the beginning of this book, a couple of, I guess teenagers, break into a museum and try to steal something. Once they had retrieved this artifact, they made their leave, but were stopped by statues that had came to life somehow. Something was trying to stop these teenagers from taking the artifact, and if it can turn statues to life, I wonder what kind of powers it has in store for them once they show themselves.

Katniss makes a friend during the hunger games and they team up to survive. A little later in the book her friend dies and she becomes alone again. She later finds Peter (the boy tribute from district 12), and they both survive the rest of the hunger games together. There was much more action in the book but that is the main part of what happened.

I think the main purpose the author wrote this book was because it was a predicament. I think the author wrote this book showing that the human race might end up like this and that entertainment would be the blood shed of tributes from different districts.

I dont completely relate to Katniss, it I do relate that I am forced to do things. Katniss has been forced to do the hunger games with no opinion of her own. I usually am forced to do things by a my parents which is basically a everyday thing, not a once a year event.

I read this book because of two reasons. One reason was that both the movie and the book were popular, and the second was that it was one of the last books I haven't read on my shelf. It hasn't lived up to my expectations because when I read the title the hunger games, I thought it would only take a couple of chapters to get into the action, but it's taking longer than expected.
