This book just goes on and on and on. A very detailed construction of post apocalyptic humanity. So many details about everything except what the characters are doing/thinking/feeling. I’ve spent so much time on this tome, I’m determined to finish it. On the upside, I hardly ever come across one of my favorite words, “synecdoche” in my reading, but there it was!
