Manal explains the whole driving movement. Typical Saudi would think that she is daring/defying but the truth is a whole different thing. I like how she explains her origin and status as a divorce, this book tells so much about her. Being a women activist isn't defying/fighting out of nowhere, but from everyday situations. To the world her life might seem something abnormal while it could be anyone in Saudi.
