When I read I read before bed during the weekdays of just when I have extra time on the weekends in my room. I also have a hard time just reading a little so I usually read a many chapters when I do read. My favorite genre is mystery and I usually get my mystery book ideas from previous authors I read or from good reads. So I have the book I'm reading on me whenever I sm bored I usually buy it on my iPad

The definition of roguishly is to be playfully mischievous. These words all added depth to the scene they took place in, adding to the story and letting the readers have a closer view to what the author was thinking while writing the book.

The book Killer Instinct from The Naturals series by Jennifer Lynne Barnes is a mystery with many specific words used by Jennifer Lynne Barnes to add perspective, mood, and character to the story. Three words I thought were used to add to the story are wistful, escalated, and roguishly. The word wistful means having or showing a feeling of vague or regretful longing. Escalated is to increase rapidly.

Abby meets Travis who is America and her boyfriends, Sheply, friend, but Sheply doesn't trust him with Abby and is afraid he will end up breaking her heart and then it will end up effecting his and Americas relationship. The main character of Walking Disaster, by Jamie McGuire, is Abby Abernathy. Abby Abernathy is smart and courageous girl who goes to Eastern University. Abby's best friend is America. America and Abby moved from Kansas to get away from Abby's old life with her father.

The book Bully, by Penelope Douglas, is a story about a girl named Tatum and her friend Jared. Tatum and Jared were best friends ever since she moved in next door until he came home one summer from seeing his dad. When he got back he hated her and his only goal was to embarrassed her with his friend Madoc.

Something that is interesting about Jamie is that she is the first indie author to sell their books at Walmart.

The book My Life with the Walter Boys, by Ali Novak, is similar to my life before the main character, Jackie, family had died. Jackie used to live in a nice house and she had a simple life with Lucy, her sister, her mom, and dad. This is alike to my life because like her I have a simple life with my sister, dad, and mom. The book Deadly Cool, by Gemma Halliday, takes place in a suburban town focusing on Herbert Hoover High. The setting affects the story because during many parts in the story Heartly, the main character, has to be alone somewhere to gather information to solve the murder mystery and if it was in a city area it would be a lot harder to be alone because the streets would be crowed and busy.

At one part in the book Kate in her mind is describing Liam as a rebel who is smart. This book has both indirect and direct characterization.

In the book, Liars Society, by Lisa Roecker, the author uses indirect characterization. She uses indirect characterization by writing about Kate, the main character, crying about her best friends death and searching for an explanation as to why because she knows that the building didn't just burn down with Grace in it when she was invited to also be in that building that evening. All throughout the book Kate gets

Secret Society Girl is about a girl, Amy or Bugaboo in her secret society, Rose and Grave, the most secret out of all the other societies in her school. Everyone that has been in this society ends up being presidents, governors, or anyone famous. The society only taps certain boys to join and this is their first year adding girls and the girls have a talent or have parents who were in the society before, except her.

And Then There Were None had many characters, but no main character, and each of them were described in detail. The setting of the book was important because it trapped them on an island with a murderer and no way to contact the outside world so the setting of the book would not be able to be changed unless changing the plot with it.

Since the book is over, I predict that Melinda will make friends and have a good protected life and never see IT again because her new friends and her most likely divorced parents will protect her from ever getting attached like that ever again. I also think IT will go to juvenile jail because what he did was illegal and Melinda and her family will make sure he gets put somewhere he deserves.

The main character is Melina Sordino. Melinda is a closed off girl who hasn't shown her feelings because she is afraid that everyone will hate her more then they already do because she called the cops on a party. Everyone is upset that she called the cops, but that's because no one knows her secret that she thinks is so bad of a secret that she would rather have no friends then ever tell the secret.

The book Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson is all about Melinda Sordino's struggle through high school because of her mysterious night at the end of summer party that she called the cops on. Through the first weeks of high school her old friends and everyone else bullies her except for the new girl Heather.
