I love almost anything Aziz does, as do most people that enjoy his relatable comedy. I highly reccomend this book not only to Aziz Ansari fans, but to people interested in the actual studies of romance. Aziz actually does an amazing job translating focus groups and scientific studies to understandable and funny information.

I finished a 50k fanfiction that is not available as a book on goodreads. Honestly, I simply adore anything that contains Bucky and/or Steve Rodgers but this really took that to a new level. My understanding of the characters are expanding as I read her writings due to the sheer emotion and even daily actions. Kay really has their mannerisms and personalities down.

The way information is given in this book is wonderful. Through narrative, examples, and even his own experiences, Nye really captures the essence of curiosity in learning.

I really enjoy how this book is scientific, but still a good read even if you're not super interested in science. It's both a wonderful learning source, and a wonderful style of writing reminiscent of the way Nye spoke on the nineties television show. Well done.

I really feel that I can relate to Mim Malone. Her internal struggles and day to day thoughts and conversations resonate with me. That being said, this book means a lot to me. The story is rich and the characters are fresh. A perfect book recipe, if I will say so myself.

I truly enjoyed this book, and that's not the usual case with YA romance novels. The romance was well carried out and the character development made me proud for the characters, an achievement few books get. The experience felt very raw, and I can't wait to get another story to read by Rainbow Rowell.

I enjoy the complex way that Stephen King carries out his sentences. It gives the story a distant, but charming, mood that I feel can only be described by the word odd. As a writer, I recognize this and enjoy when a book can stick to this throughout the whole story. Truly a classic.

I really enjoy the way everything ties in throughout this series. Continuity is important, and O'Malley is pretty good with it. For example, Scott's development has carried on throughout the series, but past events and actions are still there to change the way he acts.

I read this series due to the amount of praise and love I heard others give it. Bryan Lee O'Malley's books have been recommended to me many times, and I have to say that I was impressed. Truly a wonderful series.

Th thing I enjoy most about this series is the writing style. O'Malley's mix of comedy and seriousness really show a believable balance of reality, while managing to mix in a fantasy prospect (ie. the subspace door, battles). The situations the characters face give the book realism without getting boring, a hard task to accomplish. Well done Bryan Lee O'Malley.

The setting impacts the story by literally "setting" up situations. Taking place in snowy Canada, Scott Pilgrim And The Infinite Sadness is partially influenced by the weather of the area, causing events like being snowed in, or giving a certain affect or mood to the storyline, characters, and relationships.

The Scott Pilgrim series is mainly character driven. Throughout the books, Scott realizes the importance of other people. He also becomes less selfish, as shown by protecting Ramona from the League of Evil Exes, and from emotional harm also. Scott also tries to protect Knives Chau from heartbreak by keeping his relationship with Ramona a secret.

Scott has developed character since meeting Ramona. Although he used to be more self-centered and say things without thinking, Scott has developed into thinking more about other peoples emotions.

Cal is on page 113 of 384 of Specials (Uglies, #3)
Tally is now a special, and her personality has retracted from a natural leader to more of her follower due to her new position in Special Circumstances. This will most likely affect her relationships with her friends and peers, because Tally is taking a nervous step back and talking less. This could change the story entirely, but probably not, because of the not very well thought out plot.

Cal is finished with Pretties (Uglies, #2)
Throughout the first two books, Tally's character has been revealed as very quick to create a connection with someone. This leads to Tally leading people on to think they are closer to her than she feels, without her even knowing it. Relations of entire groups have been separated due to Tally cluelessness,,and I think it will continue to affect the storyline and plot.

I was surprised that Tally is attached to Zane so quickly as opposed to Peris, Thomas, and Shay. She connected much faster and I think the bond was forced into the plot quicker than it should have been. Although is could symbolize her change of mind as a Pretty, it seemed like sloppy writing.

Upon finishing the first book of the series Uglies, Dr Cable stands out as an unsympathetic character only because of the cold descriptions and lack of a backstory. She is described to be "chillingly attractive" as the doctor is deemed a Special. Specials are known for heightened senses, and cold personalities. Dr Cable is the token special by taking up dialogue that fits the Special trope.

The title 'The Shining' comes from a phenomenon known as the Shining. People with the shining have visions about different places in the past, present, and future. They can also telepathically connect with eachother and look into peoples minds only if they too have the Shining. Jack and Wendy's child, Danny, has the Shining and experiences the events of the gruesome. Overlook Hotel's past throughout the book.

The story Foundling begins in the setting of Ms Opera's Foundling Home. Much like an orphanage, Ms Opera's is a place for children given up by their parents. The interesting twist of Victorian era mythology makes the Foundling Home the perfect spot to introduce the story of Rossamund, a young boy who wants to become a monster hunter and travel the world.
