So close to being finished but this was a tough one to get through.

Pausing this. Library hold ran out before I could finish. Waiting to get it back.

The lead girl in this an insufferable no it all. It really isn’t surprising that none of her prior relationships worked out. She has this insane sense of entitlement towards match making. As if it hasn’t been around for centuries before her grandmother found a way to capitalize off of it in America. I’m trying to hold out hope.

The narrators in this audiobook are cringe. Not sure I can get through 10hrs listening to them be breathless.

so many people highlited this and i hope it wasn't because they think a man saying this is romantic.

Still not sure how I feel about this book. It is taking me so long to finish, and now I'm putting it on hold to read Empire of Storms. Oh well.

Slow going. Just reading this when I don't have anything else to read.

I don't think I'm going to finish this one. I already picked up another book, so this might be one of those struggle later books.

This book has been making me feel uncomfortable. My mind is associating the horrible treatment of cryptids to what could be African Americans in this country. I'm sure that's not what the author had in mind at all.

Soo slow. If I read about this girl kissing one more boy I'm going to toss this thing.

Bored, hoping it gets better.

Chaol is being such a whiney dick right now. Somebody just needs to give him a swift kick to the rear.

Almost done, but it has been a struggle. Main girl is so damn boring.

I'm trying to get through this, but the narration is so dry. Also, the lead girl is irritating.

Heard some bad things but let's see.
