Noa Gal is on page 274 of 521 of The Son of Neptune (The Heroes of Olympus, #2)
By page 274, Frank has defeated the 3 snakes. When Percy and Hazel come out, they are very surprised that Frank was able to kill the snakes by himself but in all honesty, it was not really all him. I think this is interesting because out of nowhere came a "dead" man and helped Frank defeat the snakes. After, the 3 demigods find a blind man named phineas who tells them more about Gaea and how she's awaken.

In this part of the book, Percy, Frank and Hazel see Gaea's huge army of monsters. They see Polybotes who is also the son of Gaea and then something very interesting happens. A rainbow shoots out of the grocery store and hurts some of the cyclops. The demigods go into the store to see that it belongs to the goddess Iris. She then talks to Frank about his past and he ends up fighting 3 snakes that could end his life.

In this section of the book, Hazel fights off the "grass" that captured her before. It turns out that the grass were wheat monsters who worked for Gaea (mother earth). This is my favorite part of the book so far because it has the most fighting in it and I could really picture it in my head. I was really relieved when Hazel got help from Percy and Frank because I was scared that she would end up being taken to Gaea.

So far this has been the most action that I've read throughout the whole book. In this section, the 3 demigods finally set out on their mission. A part I thought was especially funny was when the 3 demigods find a little sailboat which they were told would be a navy ship. After getting on, Hazel begins to feel seasick and passes out. And later, she gets taken captive in grass. I was confused but it left me wondering.

At this point in the book, it is decided forsure that Frank will go on the life-threatening mission with Percy and Hazel. When everyone leaves the big meeting, Reyna asks Percy to stay back so she could privately talk to him. She asks him to be a part of the council which is a very big deal. Percy knows that the Roman camp isn't his true home and he plans on finding his true love Annabeth so he says he will decide.

In this section of the book, Frank is assigned to go to the mission to save the camp. He gets to choose two people to go with him so he decides that Percy and Hazel will accompany him. Meanwhile, everyone else in the camp doubts that they will not be able to come back alive or even save the camp and that on the feast of fortuna, the giants will destroy their camp. Percy, Hazel, and Frank are considered "freaks".

In this part of the book you get to know a little more about Frank and then begin the war games. I really liked reading this section about the war games because it consisted of a lot of action and I felt like I was there myself. Luckily, the fifth cohort which has Percy, Hazel, and Frank in, won the war games. It was very surprising to me because the fifth cohort never wins; they're usually known as "losers".

In this part of the book I found out all about Frank who is one of the less important characters and is Hazel's friend. There is a lot of irony in this scene because Frank and Hazel are best friends and they both have curses but are too scared of telling each other. I hope that the next part I can actually find out what Frank's curse is and how he got it.

In this section the reader gets to know a lot about Hazel and her brother. The story is still introducing characters but now I got to find out what "the curse" that the book talked about was. This part of the book was more interesting because getting in on the characters' secrets is really useful when reading. It almost makes me feel as if I'm part of the book. I hope that the rest of this chapter tells me more.

This section of the book was actually very boring to read because it is the part where everything is introduced to him. This is where I get to really meet each character and see what they're like. Especially in this part I got to know a little more about Hazel who I would guess to be the main character. I think that things like this are crucial for the book but I am just excited to get to the action of the book.

In this section Percy just arrives into the camp after fighting off the gorgons, which are monsters. The whole camp then gets tense from percy being there because he's bad luck. This made me surprised but at the same time I sort of knew how he wasn't meant to be in that camp since I read the first book. This was really interesting to see all of the character's reactions to something the reader already knows.

I just started this book, and so far I am a little bit confused because all of a sudden the POV of this book changes to percy Jackson instead of Jason Grace. I think though, that this book will be different from the first and very interesting and I am excited to continue and read on.

In this section, Jason finally sees his sister after never seeing her before and forgetting his memory. Reading this section was really heartwarming in my opinion because Jason has always wanted to meet his sister. Also, she's the one who saved his life when the demigods were being chased by woods since she is part of the hunters of Artemis. Also, they helped heal Piper which was exciting.

The section of the story I read was very interesting and I really liked it. In this section the 3 demigods go into a mansion where a man named Midas who has a golden touch tries to kill them. I really liked reading this because it was really suspending and Jason (the main character) had to save his friends since they were turned to gold by Midas. I really like to see how he risked his life just to save theirs.

The section of the story that I just read was actually very funny. The 3 demigods finally get back their coach, coach hedge who was held captive in a frozen ice cube by the evil lady who worked at the department store. I am really enjoying this book because it is very interesting for me to see what kind of journey the demigods must go on to get what they need which is Queen Hera. I also like reading about Greek gods.

As the demigods go on to fulfill their mission, the book gets more intriguing. My favorite part so far is when they go to a department store which is actually where an evil woman lives/works. She can charm speak people so when she told the boys what to do they would immediately do it but when she told Piper (the girl) what to do, she wasn't fooled. I found this very interesting. I really like this book so far.

So far, the 3 demigods recieved their mission. I think it is very interesting to see what happens to them and how they make it through hard times. I especially like this book because it includes fictional characters like evil dragons and such but is also very realistic. I feel as if I'm standing there watching everytning in person which is really amazing and I'm excited to continue reading!

In the section I just read, Jason's friend, Leo, went out in the woods all by himself to save and fix a dragon that the other kids in Camp Half- Blood wanted to destroy. I especially liked this aspect of the story because it was really interesting how he handled the dragon and even talked to the dragon. I made a connection to this with how some of my friends get their dogs from pounds and save the dogs.

I just ended where everyone at camp half- blood finds out that the great prophecy has begun. I really like the book so far since it is a lot different than the movie. Something that really surprised me was the fact that Percy is missing in the book and Piper/Jason are the main characters while in the movie Percy is the main character. The book started making a lot more sense to me now and it is really interesting.

As I progress into the book, it starts to intrigue me more. I really like the book and especially how it's a lot more detailed and slightly different than the movie. It just started to become more interesting since more things are starting to make sense to me. Every chapter I read is sort of like a cliff hanger which really draws me to the book because I want to know what will happen next.
