I said I didn't wasn't gonna finish this series buttttt the last book was fun, and I'm a completionist! what can I say! (also so far so good!)

I've had my eyes on this book since my teenage booktube phase (thankyou @polandbananasBOOKS)

Then I found it at a thrift store YEARS ago.
Then it sat on my shelf... for so long.

And honestly, I've always wanted to pick it up because the cover is so pretty, and it reminds me of little me watching my favourite booktubers-

and so- HERE WE ARE. I'm reading the damn book!

(40 pages in and what the heck is happening!)

After a lot of consideration, I'm going to try another Elsie Silver book... But I think this will be the first and last series I read from her. (Unless this book somehow changes my mind)

My first ever Ali Hazelwood!! So far really enjoying it - after Brimstone I needed something cutesy and happy!

Yeah so... if you haven't already, pick this book UP.

I read 40 pages before planning on DNFing.. but I decided to give this book 100 pages to change my mind. And wow, I’m so glad I kept reading.

It took me 75 pages or so to adapt to the writing style, but I get it now.

After finishing the Crescent City series I feel like I'm in mourning, I miss the characters, what are they doing? how are they feeling?
Finishing series has to be one of the most bittersweet things!

This book has sat on my shelves for far too long, how I’ve avoided spoilers… I don’t know. But I have zero expectations~ wish me luck

Already really enjoying this! Weirdly I had low expectations, but so far the writing is fun l, the characters are really likeable and it feels like a cozy little read. 🤞

I laughed so many times at this short story. The characters felt genuine and I felt like i was part of their friend group. I loved JP & Keun, I loved the non-serious nature of the story and I love how it felt like I went on a fun adventure with friends.

Was it a romance? Yes, technically. But this short story was sooo fun to just join in for the ride.

I found this book at the thrift store years ago and have waited for the time (during Xmas to read!) so glad to finally get to it.

First story was such a simple, cutesy, meet-cute. Set during Xmas time, it was a cozy, a bit chaotic but sweet story!

I was really hesitant to pick this book up but I haven’t been able to put it down… this book is a pleasant surprise

It's nice being back in the Powerless world~ the first chapter had me hesitant but I do love the characters we're following in this book! (and so far im really enjoying this book)

Is it just me or just this book seem SO familiar, like I've watched a movie/show or read this book before?

Is this not SO similar to The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware? Surely I'm not the only one who feels this way~

Had to pick up another Freida McFadden book after my love of The Boyfriend- and I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing The Housemaid in the movies.

Hoping this book lives up to my high expectations.

Started this on the plane, already really enjoying it! The writing has me hooked & helped get me through my flight

I really like the tale told between the prince and the troll woman in The Prince of Elfhame is Rude~

The first chapter was not great, but the more I read, the more I don't wanna put the book down

i needed a little break from chestnut springs, but im not ready to delve back into fantasy just yet. thought this would be the perfect little refresh!

this is EXACTLY what I needed from this series. i love, love, love Jasper

Already loving this book so much more than Heartless. I think I'm a Jasper girly through and through.
