Loving all the Norse mythology, and how much like a fairy tale this is reading.

Kinda judgmental main character, but interesting plot and a time period I pretty much never read are keeping me interested.

3 stars for the Margaret Brownley novella. Heroine did something I hated. 3.5 stars for Christmas Baby. Loved the interracial couple.

3.5 stars for the Linda Broday novella. I loved how kind and honest Hank was, even though he'd been framed for something he didn't do. Sidalee, too, was a great person and made for a very likable heroine. The plot with Mamie was so sad, but also touching. There was a part where Hank revealed something to Sidalee twice, but aside from writing mistakes, I enjoyed this.

4 stars for the Outlaw Hearts novella. It's been ages since I read book 1 in the series, and I now can't wait to read more of Jake and Randy's journey. He was so great with his granddaughters, and teaching Tommy how to be a better man. I love his character. There was some sadness, but there was also love and redemption.

3.5 stars for Father Christmas by Leigh Greenwood. Really liked the characters, especially Joe.

Historical romance. How I've missed you!

4 stars for Walker and Lara's novella. Walker's past was so awful, I loved watching Lara try and help him. Loved the kids. Probably my least favorite of the 4, but still quite good.

5 stars for Zach and Annie's story. Loved Zach's sense of humor and watching him court Annie. I loved Annie's independence, but I also loved seeing her learn to trust. The beginning got to me immediately, and it didn't let up the whole way through.

4 stars for Beat of Temptation. Nate took ridiculously long to come around, but I got his reasoning for his choices. I loved Tamsyn and watching her grow. Great Christmas stuff, too. Loved that the angst for outside conflict was low. I've missed this world.

4 stars for The Duke Makes me Feel... I loved that Marena was biracial and an herbalist. Always a sucker for class differences. Arlo was a great hero, too. Nice quick plot.

3.5 stars for Educating the Duke. I admit that it kind of weirded me out that Cecelia was attracted to Owen, given that she was ten years older and had been in his parents' employ since he was 16,, but I did like how her educating him physically also made him a stronger, more confident man. Loved her dreams of opening a school for girls.

5 stars to Duke for Hire. Awesome plot, loveable characters, great romance.

3.5 stars to the Chasing of Eleanor Vane. Likable characters, the whole Kingdom plot seemed a bit unnecessary, but good story overall. Loved Eleanor for her strength.

Didn't expect to get sucked in so quick. It's suuuper dark, but I'm hooked.

The Rochelle Alers novella was very emotional. Interesting ending.

The A.J. Pine story was cute. Am now intrigued by Meadow Valley.

Aww, that Carolyn Brown novella was cute! Must read the Longhorn Canyon series soon!

Man I hate Eloisa. Getting a bit bored with following other perspectives, but this is still a very good read.

I don't remember the last time I've laughed so hard at a book. A conversation with Siri that's realistic! I just can't even.

Man I love these books.

Haylee is twisted, Anthony is psychotic, and Kaylee needs help out of this situation soon.

I liked Sophie Jordan's story, mostly because of Calder. He knew what he wanted, and what he was about. Annis, while likable, took forever to realize what she really wanted. It was a bit annoying, but the story was funny, and I enjoyed it.

The Sarah MacLean story was good. A bit slower, and Eben was kind of annoying, but I still liked it.
